Q: I don't see a send button on the Talk to SAM page. Why can I not send a question?
A: There is a send button; maybe you're just too tired to see it!
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Reach out to our Patient Services Department or ask your Mender during your next appointment.
Q: I'm worried for SAM. He doesn't look or sound like himself. Is he ok?
A: SAM is fine.
